Rates based on 5 or more nights minimum stay Memorial Day through Labor Day.**

**Exception: Only 3 nights required Memorial and Labor Day Holidays

2008 MOTEL ROOM RATES

We will do our best to accommodate requests for shorter stays. Frequent room changeovers are costly and labor intensive. Therefore, reservations less than any of the required minimums, when available, are subject to a $15.00 nightly surcharge.

All rates subject to applicable Missouri Sales Tax.

We will be happy to arrange boat slip reservations through Campbell Point Marina at a special discounted rate of $8.00 per night with a 5 night stay or longer (excluding holidays). The normal rate of $12.00 per night applies to shorter stays.
