Deposit and Cancellation Policy

$50.00 or 1/2 of the reservation total, whichever is greater, is due as a cash deposit within 7 days of making the reservation to avoid automatic cancellation. A written confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your check or money order. Balance is due upon arrival and may be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card. There is no refund for early departure; you are responsible for all nights reserved. 30 days advance notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. Changes to reserved dates will be subject to a $25.00 cash processing fee, and will be based upon availability. We hold accommodations for the guest for the dates reserved and we honor our obligation. We expect the guest to do the same.

'Last minute' reservations must be pre-paid in full by credit card, and no credit will be issued in case of cancellation.

VISITOR POLICY

Our facilities including parking, showers, air conditioned rooms, swimming pool, picnic areas, and rec. room are for the exclusive use of our registered guests ONLY. We are NOT affiliated with the Campbell Point Corp of Engineers public campground. Please arrange to visit family members or friends who are not registered at the resort at one of the several public areas located in close proximity to the resort.  This policy has been implemented to prevent over-crowding and to assert our responsibility to provide our registered guests with as pleasant a vacation experience as possible.
