No rating system could be more important to us than the ratings given by the guests we serve.

Guests new to the resort in 2007 were asked to rate 8 categories on a 5 point scale, with 1 as the lowest and 5 as the highest. These ratings help us in our continuing effort to exceed our guests' expectations.
