Cleanliness, maintenance and updating are a priority at Campbell Point Resort. We are dedicated to providing first class accommodations and hospitality coupled with budget rates.

Kitchenettes are fully equipped, immaculately clean, all electric housekeeping units. All units are newly remodeled, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished for 1-5 people. Everything is provided for your convenience. All you need to bring are your personal items, food and beverages and beach towels for use at the pool or the lake. Sleeping configuration is 2 full size extra long beds and 1 twin size Murphy style bed (optional).

The Rate for the kitchenette unit is $65.00 nightly for 1-2 people, each additional person is $7.00, maximum of 5 total. *

Motel Units are the perfect answer for 1-2 people looking for a shorter stay. Luxurious pillow top King size bed and convenience station with mini-fridge, microwave oven and 12 cup coffee maker.

The Rate for the Motel Unit is $65.00 nightly for 1-2 people. *

Combination Suites are our newest offering for larger families. Designed for a maximum of 6 people, the kitchenette/motel room combo suite gives you a larger kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 full size beds in the studio kitchenette, 2 closets and the king size bed in a private bedroom with it's own coffee station and television.

The Rate for the Combination Suite is $130.00 nightly for 1-6 people. *

* Posted room rates are based on a 5 night stay for kitchenettes and combination suites and a 3 night stay for motel units June 15th - August 15th. Frequent changeovers are costly and labor intensive; therefore shorter stays, when available, may be subject to a nightly surcharge.

No charge for infants under the age of 12 months.

Posted rates are discounted 3% for payment by cash or check. There is no discount for payment by credit card. MasterCard, Visa and Discover accepted.

We will be happy to arrange boat slip reservations through Campbell Point Marina at a special discounted rate of $12.00 per night with a 5 night stay or longer (excluding holidays). The normal rate of $15.00 per night applies to shorter stays.
